Kepler Cheuvreux and Unigestion have finalized their partnership, merging Unigestion's Equities team into Kepler Cheuvreux (Suisse) SA under the new Kepler Unigestion brand. The entity now oversees more than EUR 3 billion in assets, backed by a 20-member team integrating AI-driven analytics with DEEP investment expertise.

"Market uncertainty is driving heightened demand for our volatility-focused strategies," said Alexei Jourovski, CEO of Kepler Unigestion. The firm anticipates leveraging combined quantitative research and distribution networks to accelerate product innovation and client acquisition.
